now read very carefully
First go to your control panel open internet option 

go to the connection tab

then click on lan setting

A new dialogue box will appear that Check box with Use a proxy server for your LAN is checked.

Then type IP address in the given input and then Port number
IP: 127.0.0.1
port: 9666

Now click OK and Now you need a software to run on your computer. Very important
